Delay in grooming of ski trails

In early December, we discovered that our snowmobile was not starting and running properly. Further investigation determined that it had electrical problems, which the dealer is still trying to rectify. By mid-December we started to investigate replacements for the snowmobile, and in early January the Board approved the purchase of a UTV, which will be used to pull our grooming equipment. We are now waiting for the dealer to prepare the UTV, and to configure it for our application. We do not have a firm date for delivery of the UTV, but we hope to be grooming trails again within 2 weeks.

All of our trails have been marked by driveway markers, so skiers can tell where our trails are. Until we receive the new UTV (or the repaired snowmobile) our trails are unlikely to be groomed, but they are available for skiing. During this period, our trails will be skied-in, and they are likely to be better for classic skiing than for skate skiing.
