Hi everyone. With winter behind us, it is now time to return the rental equipment.
It was a hard year, with lessons interrupted by the lockdown. Fortunately, we were able to keep the Trails open throughout, and kept some creative activities available. The XCSO Kilometre Challenge had 74 WRNSC participants, skiing a total of over 17 000 KMs. We also had great participation in the self timed covid cup series. Lessons resumed mid February, with a new schedule. Thanks to the volunteers that made this possible, as well as all the members who showed up despite the complicated schedule. We hope to see you all next year!

Rental Equipment Return (Sat April 3)

It’s time to store the rental equipment for the off-season. Skis will receive a coat of storage wax to ensure they remain in great shape for next season.
We will follow the same plan as last year to ensure the return is safe for everyone.

• Maximum of four parents/guardians dropping equipment off at one time (Only one person per family, must sign up for a timeslot)

• Everyone will be required to wear a mask

• There will be a card table for families to drop equipment off at, equipment manager will confirm equipment return

The return will take place in the parking lot at Roadmunk.

You will receive an email including a link to a shared Google Doc that contains four slots per ten minute interval. Enter your Family Name in a time slot that works for you. Please note the rental plan has detailed logistics to maintain your safety, as well as the safety of volunteers. If you need more details, or have any concerns, please contact us.
