We are currently looking for volunteers to fill two positions:
Ski Clothing Manager whose duties include:
· All communications with sportswear company regarding design changes (if applicable), sample size orders, final orders, warranty issues, etc.
· Providing regular updates to club board
· Coordination with the Youth Program Director
· Scheduling and management/administration of fitting dates
· Collecting clothing orders & payments from club members; submitting orders & payment to sportswear company
· Organizing distribution of clothing orders to club members
· Management of rental program for racing suits
Treasurer whose duties include:
· To gather financial needs from all coordinators
· To present financial statements at each Board meeting
· Banking
· Bookkeeping
· Accounts receivable and payable
